Brian’s breathwork journey began when he was seeking methods to help with his personal struggles of physical health, depression, severe anxiety, and burnout. Brian received his first breathwork training from Wim Hof himself between 2016 - 2017 and went on to become Asia's first certified instructor. After witnessing a tragic suicide in 2016, Brian recognised the high levels of stress and anxiety in his community of Hong Kong and the lack of options available, Brian established Primal Breathwork that same year and has been at the forefront of modern breathwork in the Asia region.

Brian’s training with Wim Hof was just the beginning of his journey in understanding mind-body-spirit, he continues training from esteemed experts, schools and masters. Today, Brian teaches globally and resides in Hong Kong.

Brian has worked alongside Wim Hof in Australia, James Nestor in Costa Rica (the best-selling author of “Breath”), Kasper VDM in Netherlands and Dan Brulé (breath coach of Tony Robbins and Navy SEALs) amongst other leaders in the field. Brian’s goal is to foster individual growth and help people awaken their true potential within.

Sanjay's skepticism about breathwork shifted dramatically after a few attempts at Wim Hof’s course and after that experience he was an avid breathworker. Today, he leads events and workshops globally, collaborating with Wim Hof, Tibetan Buddhist master and Tummo expert Tulku Lobsang Rinpoche, Julien Blanc and James Nestor (the best-selling author of "Breath"). Sanjay is also a strength and conditioning coach for elite athletes and earned his stripes at the legendary Westside Barbell.

Coaching elite athletes exposed him to their mental struggles—fear, anxiety, and pressure before competitions—challenges he knew well from his own upbringing. This journey led Sanjay to learn from the strongest and most resilient leaders he could find from Louie Simmons to kickboxing coach Lucien Carbin. Sanjay discovered the importance of the mental aspect of performance and has since travelled the world to understand the mind.

He has coached thousands of people globally, from world champion athletes to Parkinson’s patients, from children to hip replacement patients.

Mike’s goal is to create enriching experiences that inspire and transform lives globally, combining his deep passion for music with a dedication to holistic well-being. For most of his life, Mike's focus was entirely on music. While living in Los Angeles and working in the Hollywood music industry, he experienced a series of impactful events, including a serious car accident.
