What to expect in 6 days

Join us for the Beyond Breath Experience, a transformative six-day program led by a team of expert practitioners from around the world. With decades of knowledge in breathwork and beyond, they will guide you through interactive learning and healthy challenges, pushing the boundaries of your comfort zone in a supportive, heart-led environment. Practice, hone, and integrate new skills in the breathtaking tropical setting of Thailand, so they can be applied in everyday life where it matters most.

Beyond Breath is a call to those who want to grow and empower themselves alongside inspiring individuals from all walks of life, learn valuable skills, invest in yourself, and form lasting friendships that you will treasure for life.

What the retreat includes

  • 5 nights & 6 days accommodation in Khao Lak's Orchid resort by the beach.

  • 3 essential meals a day is included*

    The rooms will have complimentary water delivered daily.

    *Does not include: alcohol, snacks, other meals, meals outside of the program.

  • We will arrange pick up from the airport and any transportation from the resort to the activity's destination.

    *If you arrive earlier you will need to arrange your own transport unless other arrangements have been made with the team (please contact us).

  • The team will guide you through their favourite ways to start their day. There will be options for breathwork, movement, grounding, ocean dip, meditation, fun & games and more.

  • Each day we will discover, learn and explore a different theme and technique of breathwork and beyond.

  • As part of the Beyond Breath Academy's program. Learn the concepts, principles, science and Eastern perspectives of the breath and beyond. These are not lectures but immersive, practical, integrative and fun learning sessions.

  • Daily excursions and activities including: Hiking, waterfalls, mountains, beaches and wildlife.

  • Three team members have trained with Wim Hof himself so needless to say, we know a thing a two about cold immersion and it's benefits. The experience will be encouraged but definitely not compulsory. Your safety is always our first priority.

  • One of the best parts of these retreats is that it attracts the best kinds of humans. Friendships are formed, meaningful relationships are made, it's a community vibe. Our motto is: If you want to go fast, go alone, if you want to go far, go together.

  • It's not the end, it's just the beginning. Think of this instead as a celebration of the beautiful 6 day experience we just had collectively.
